Horse Riding
Horse riding in Langkawi offers a leisurely tour of the island’s verdant rainforest, hidden waterfalls, traditional villages, and pristine beaches. Operated by the Langkawi Horses Equestrian Centre, the riding sessions take place in the morning or evening with varying itineraries, time duration, and levels to suit anyone, from novices to experienced riders. Set within The Perdana Stables, Langkawi Horses Equestrian Centre is just a 10-minute walk from the Oriental Village Langkawi.

Its most popular (and challenging) horseback riding session is priced at RM440, where riders are guided through a 550 million year-old rainforest in Langkawi. This two-hour session takes you to the picturesque Telaga Tujuh Waterfall in Gunung Mat Cincang while an experienced guide tells of the jungle’s urban legends, wildlife, and traditional medicinal plants.
